Vincenzo has spent the last 20 years in the field of education. Having earned his M.S. Ed. in school psychology in May of 2010 from Long Island University, he has practiced within the New York State school system ever since. He has specialized in a broad range of students from a variety of socioeconomic, religious, and cultural backgrounds, as well as deal with very challenging youth’s who range in disorder from oppositional defiant to autism.
During the 2017 academic year, he joined the staff at Rockland BOCES where he further developed his abilities as a clinician. In this role he has been responsible for mandated individual and group counseling, writing IEP’s , chairing 504 and RTI meetings, holding DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) groups weekly, conducting FBA’s and creating BIP’s and all around crisis intervention. In 2020 he earned his licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York and began treating individual patients with ADHD and Autism privately on a regular basis. During this time he discovered the benefits of supplementation, probiotic treatments, and neurofeedback therapy on young people struggling with these disorders.
Vincenzo is happy to join the team at Gray Matters and is currently accepting new clients in the Greenwich, CT office.
